Sometimes when it is cold outside I like to lie on my bed with the windows open really wide until I get so cold that I am shivering, and then I put the covers on and slowly warm up again until I fall asleep.

i don't know, that sounds like something i'd like to do. or drive with my windows half open in the middle of the coldest day ever. sounds refreshing and freeing.
